Style

Mona's style is intuitive, empathic, genuine, non-judgmental, and challenging. She believes that clients have the capacity to know themselves best, and she acts as an agent of change towards self-illumination and growth. Mona approaches her work with a spiritually integrated focus on the mind, body, and soul, using this integration to bring the unconscious into the conscious.
