"Like Meditation, therapy can be a vehicle for a kind of reappraisal. It, too, can seem like a long walk that suddenly opens up into an extraordinary vision of something that has always been available but has been unrecognized."

- Mark Epstein, M.D.

She believes that clients have the capacity to know themselves best, and she acts as an agent of change towards self-illumination and growth. Mona approaches her work with a spiritually integrated focus on the mind, body, and soul, using this integration to bring the unconscious into the conscious.
